Delivery Times
Orders are normally delivered within 2–10 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on location and product availability. Where applicable, we will confirm the earliest available delivery date for your area.
If you are unavailable on the scheduled delivery date, you must notify us in advance. You may request that the order be left in a safe place or with a neighbour by providing clear written instructions.
Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer. We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs after delivery.
If delivery needs to be rescheduled due to customer unavailability, delivery may be delayed by up to 7 additional business days.
Shipping Charges
UK Mainland
- Orders under £100: £24.99
- Orders £100 and over: Free delivery
UK Non-Mainland Areas
Delivery may be made to a local courier depot. Customers are responsible for arranging collection or onward delivery.
Additional charges may apply for failed delivery attempts. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order or that appropriate delivery instructions are provided.
Missing or Delayed Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the stated delivery timeframe, please:
- Check your order confirmation email to ensure the delivery address is correct.
- Contact the courier or local delivery depot to check the status of your order.
- Check with neighbours or building management in case the order was accepted on your behalf.
If your delivery address was correct and the order has not been delivered or returned, please contact us quoting your order number.
If an incorrect delivery address was provided, we can re-dispatch the order once it is returned to us. Additional shipping charges will apply.
