To keep your panels looking their best:
- Dust regularly using a soft microfibre cloth or feather duster.
- Wipe marks gently with a slightly damp cloth.
- Avoid abrasive cleaning products, bleach or harsh chemicals.
- Do not soak the panels with excessive water.
- Keep away from prolonged direct moisture unless installed in a suitable environment.

- You'll receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
- Most orders arrive within 2–7 working days, subject to stock availability.
Returns
If you change your mind, you may return unused products within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be returned:
- In their original packaging
- Unused and in resalable condition
- With all supplied components
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Installation Guide
Installing your acoustic wall panels is quick and straightforward for both DIY enthusiasts and professional installers.
Our panels can be fitted directly to most interior walls using a suitable grab adhesive or by fixing through the felt backing with black screws into timber battens.
Basic Installation
1. Measure your wall.
2. Use our Wall Panel Calculator to determine how many packs you require.
3. Cut panels to size using a fine-tooth saw where necessary.
4. Apply grab adhesive or fix with screws.
5. Position panels and ensure they are level.
6. Continue until your wall is complete.
